During the rehabilitation, the clients are training their social and work skills, with support of the work therapist. The general goal of work rehabilitation is to enable clients to try out the working process, acquire and enhance their existing effective social and work skills and learn new necessary skills.
Supported employment is designed for the clients who want to find a job at the open work market and who need some kind of support. The process of the support providing is composed from several steps.
The work consultants try to help clients to define the fitting job. Consultants provide support to the clients in finding job during regular consultations, including help with preparing CV and with communication with employers. After the client found a job, it is possible to continue providing support in this program - for 2 years at maximum. Rehabilitation in the sheltered housing takes 1 year and it is possible to prolong the service for more 6 months.
There are two flats in sheltered housing with three places – one flat for the men and one for the women. Each client has his own room in the flat. Toilet, bathroom and kitchen is commonly used by the clients.
